Nursing activities like capturing & recording of Patient’s vital information & medical records, family planning records, immunization records, anti-natal & Tetanus Toxoid services & records are handled with precision. maintenance of HMO register & Child delivery records & other paediatric functions is also accomplished through this module.

The rigorous task of maintaining an accurate medical history of patients & other patients’ vital information Like; medical consultation history, Doctor’s prescriptions, other patients’ vital information (such as Complaint, diagnosis & treatment) & patients’ EMR (Electronic Medical Record) are automated & maintained electronically through this module.

All laboratory services; ranging from tests, their classification & details, test prescription/requests, results & records are tracked & documented electronically to enhance efficient & speedy service delivery. Laboratory results & other lab information can also be called up anytime by medical personnel in charge for reference purposes. As the test is booked at reception request is automatically sent to laboratory. The consulting doctor can after conducting oratory test, request for the laboratory test of a patient by simply clicking the lab test request menu of the module and the request is automatically received and communicated back to the doctor by the laboratory department of the hospital.

Management of hospital pharmacy under this module Is carried out electronically by tracking & recording the movement of drugs in & out of the pharmacy warehouse, drug details/information (such as MFD date, Expiry date, manufacturer etc.); this module also provided an automated platform for effective prescription management & drug dispensing where key information about; mode of drug administration, dose, cost of treatment, drug sale to outpatient & drug dispensing to inpatients are captured & recorded electronically.

The software captures the complete patient’s billing of all healthcare system ranging from the private billing, family billing, company billing, HMO billing system. It reveals the total amount to be paid, advance payment received and the net payable balance after treatment has been administered, the HMO capitation is fully captured in the software as the code name and policy plan is already recorded and stored in the software. OPD/IPD receipts are easily inputted into the system by searching the name of the patient.

Key asset information’s are captured and the process of asset utilization from acquisition, through depreciation, revaluation, transfer & disposal are tracked & recorded electronically into the software.
